Following is information about the 2008 Hudson Valley Garlic Festival
application process.
In 2008, there will be approximately 250 spaces, in total.
The fees are $75 for garlic growers, $200 for what we call "garlic growers plus" (these are garlic growers who sell garlic products in addition
to wares that are mostly garlic from their farms),
$180 for Arts and Crafts vendors, $400 for food vendors, and $250 for
business/packaged food vendors. Booth areas are 16 feet
by 16 feet. Deadline for submitting applications is July 1, 2008 Expected:
