Each year, we try to bring you the best in garlic lectures from experts
in growing, braiding, storing and otherwise handling Allium Sativa.
During festival hours, you can almost always find our friends from
the Garlic Seed Foundation over at their tent, demonstrating how best
to braid garlic. As well, we have a planned set of demonstrations
by garlic experts who provide their own special insights.
Here is the 2007
lecture and entertainment schedule, click 2007 festival schedule.
